Richard serves as our marketing specialist; he possesses a keen understanding of market trends and places a strong emphasis on market research. He analyzes the specific marketing pain points and needs of diverse demographics across different countries. To this end, he pursued an MBA and other relevant coursework, and was awarded a top prize in a marketing creativity competition. As he puts it: "We must pinpoint our customers' pain points and needs. While the ability to generate demand for customers is certainly one aspect of this field, identifying and addressing their existing pain points is an equally—if not more—critical one."

Steve serves as our Chief Designer—a professional with over 20 years of experience whose work has garnered numerous accolades domestically. He spearheaded the design of a chair that embodies a modernist aesthetic while prioritizing ergonomics and spinal support. Throughout his two-decade career, he has recognized the significance of every single design draft. "Our mission is to help clients bring their visions to life," he often says. "Even if it demands a great deal of effort on our part, the joy of seeing a client satisfied with the final product is unparalleled. I will continue to dedicate myself to this field, striving to serve even more people."

Sunny is our Sales Director here, and—to quote our clients—her service is simply flawless. She truly maintains a 24-hour response rate; she even goes so far as to be attuned to our emotional state and underlying thoughts, offering us even better recommendations.
